摘要
1例急性肠梗阻合并肠破裂,弥漫性腹膜炎,中毒性休克患者,行肠粘连松懈、肠修补术后发生高位高流量肠瘘。经早期合理应用全胃肠外营养(TPN)支持,较短时间内获得自愈。强调早期防治是肠瘘治疗成败的关键。
A patient illed with acute intestinal obstruction associated with intestinal rupture, general peritonitis and endotoxin shock. He suffered from high discharge of high intestinal fistula after intestinal adhesion being released and intestine being repaired surgically because rational TPN were used early, the patient recorved in a short time. The result suggests that early treatment is essential for cure intestinal fis-tula.
