异氰尿酸三苄基酯的合成研究

Study on Synthesis of Tribenzyl Isocyanurate

本文采用N,N—二甲基甲酰胺作溶剂,以异氰尿酸,苄氯为原料合成了异氰尿酸三苄基酯。通过正交试验探讨了几种因素对产率的影响,在优惠工艺条件下,异氰尿酸三苄基酯的产率达85％以上。

In the paper,tribenzyl isocyanurate was prepared by reaction of isocyanurin acid with benzyl chloride,and in the reaction N,N-dimethyl forma-mide was used as solvent. The effeot of some factors on the yield was discussed by cross cut test. Under the optimum conditions,the yield of tribenzyl isocyanurate was over 85%
