摘要
对W18Cr4V和W6M0Cr4V2高速钢试样进行一端火焰加热,使之部分熔化而分别油冷和空冷,分析了不同加热温度区域的组织形态,讨论了过热与过烧缺陷组织特征及其内在联系,建议以特征组织区分过热与过烧缺陷.
Flame-heat the end on the specimen of W18Cr4V and W6M05Cr4V2 high-speed steel. So the end on the specimen that departments melt. And to its cooling in oil and air. Researching all kinds of microstructures in heat temperature regions. Discussed the features and its contacts on the superheat and overheat drawback microstructures. Suggest used the features microstructures to differentiate on the superheat and overheat drawback microstructures of high speed steel.
