新型矿物填料的物化特征与高分子聚合物性能的关系 被引量:3

摘要 本项研究在应用XRD、IR、DTA(TG)、SEM等先进测试技术,对硅土、方解石、叶蜡石、硅灰石、迪开石、绢云母等六种具有不同矿物学和物化性能的矿物填料进行深入研究的基础上,剖析了被其填充的聚合物的机械力学性能变化特征,首次较全面地总结了矿物填料物理化学性质与高分子聚合物性能的关系。 Based on the studies of mineralogy used by XRD、IR、 DTA (TG )、 SEM and physicochemical properties of six-type mineral-fillers: silicon earth、calcite、 pyrophyllite、 wallastonite、 dickite、sericite, the authors discuss mechanical property variant characteristics of six-type different mineral-filled polymer compounds showing that: tensile strength、 elongation to break and notched impact strength of mineral-filled Polymer compounds are commonly decreased with the increasing filling capacity (0~50wt% ) of mineral-fillers and 5~10wt % mineral-filling capacity of polymer compounds may be the best value for mechanical properties of mineral-filled polymer compounds.Otherwise, the authors also completely summarize relationships between the physicochemical properties of new mineral-fillers and the function of high polymers and believe that crystal shape、particle size、 distribution of particle size、 surface area and other physicochemical properties of mineralfillers. Coupling agent, moulding processing etc. are closely connected with the function of high polyrners.
