女生田径课中运用“鼓励”措施的效果研究

摘要 根据当前体育教育专业女生入学时身体素质和运动技术基础较差,对学习田径课存在一定的心理障碍,影响学好田径课这一实际情况.采用了预先(期待)、及时和总结性“鼓励”措施进行教育实验研究.结果表明:“鼓励”能帮助体育教育专业女生克服心理障碍,形成良好的心理状态和学习动机,明显地提高了田径课的教学效果. After female students majoring in physical education entered our university, we found out that their physical fitness and athletic capacity were not so good as we expected. They also had psychological disorders for track and field lessons, which prevented them from grasping track and field skills. Taking all this into account, we tried an experiment with encouraging method in track and field teaching. The results show the encouraging method can treat the female students' psychological disorders and improve their track and field skills, indicating that the method has a good effect on track and field teaching.
