摘要
讨论变序进应力场合指数分布及Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布的统计推断，给出了参数的点估计．
This article discusses the statistical analysis of the exponential distribution and Weibull distribution in the variable progressive stress accelerated life testing and gives the point estimation and interval estimation of the parameters.
