对３个籽瓜栽培品种进行染色体制片和分析研究，３个籽瓜品种染色体数目和核型为：黑瓜籽２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２２＝２０ｍ＋２ｓｍ，核型为１Ａ型；红瓜籽２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２２＝２２ｍ，核型为１Ａ型；白瓜籽２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２２＝２０ｍ＋２ｓｍ，核型为１Ａ型。

Karyotype analysis has been made to 3 Citrullus Lanatus convar megalasperms cultivares. The total chromosomes of the black melon seed are 2n=2x=22= 20m+2sm, the red melon seed are 2n=2x=22=22m, the white melon seed are 2n=2x=22 =20m+2sm. The karyotype of the 3 cultivares are all 1A.
