摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳实验,对鸢尾蒜(Ixioliriontataricum)和新种准噶尔鸢尾蒜(I.songaricum)二种植物的根、鳞茎、地下茎、地上茎、基生叶及果实等器官的POD及Est同工酶进行了分析比较。结果表明:二种植物的POD及Est同工酶的酶带数目、Rf值和酶带相对活性均有很明显的差异;同一植物不同器官的同工酶具有一定的特异性;同时,本实验从同工酶方面为鸢尼蒜属新分类群的确定提供了新的依据。
By means of experiment of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on Ixiolirion and new species I. songaricum, the isozymes of peroxidase and esterase of two kinds of plants' various organs; root、bulb、subterraneous stem、aerial stem、hasal leaf and fruit were comparatively analysed. The result indicates that two kinds of plants' peroxidase and esterase isozymes have obvious difference in the number、Rf and relative activity of zymogram bands;the various organ's isozyme of the same plant possesses a certain specific characteristics;meanwhile, in respect of isozyme this experiment provides new basis with the determintion of new classified category of Ixiolirion.
