人类基因治疗是遗传工程在人类疾病治疗方面的应用，该方法是应用遗传工程的方法，将正常基因导入患者的体细胞内，使其在细胞内得到一定的表达，产生正常的基因产物以补尝或修正突变基因的功能，从而使人类的遗传病得到根治，本文对人类基因治疗研究中受体细胞的研究、基因转移方式等方面的最新研究进展作一综述，并对其存在的问题及应用前景进行了初步展望．

Human geng therapy is applying genetic engineering in the therapy of human diseases.By means of genetic entineering,We can transfer normal gene into the cells of patients,make it express and produce normal gene production to compensate or correct the function of mutant gene as well as to cure genetic diseases of human beings. This essay is a summary of latest development in human gene therapy,including accepted cell,way of gene transfer. We also discuss some problems in the practice and forecast the future in the application.
