摘要
从土壤发生学的观点出发，对聊城地区土壤形成的水文条件进行了探讨，认为该区土壤资源的利用和保护，关键在于用水和治水．
From the View of soil genesis theory,this paper gives the analysis of hydrologic factor of soil formation in Liaocheng Area,and points out using water and controlling Water are cruxes of harnessing and protecting soil resources.
