市场经济的发展和党中央关于建立现代企业制度的决定为兵团国有企业的发展提出了新的要求，兵团国有企业“一穷二死”的现状也要求兵团国有企业转换经营机制，据此本文分析了兵团国有企业建立现代企业制度面临的问题，并对改革的思路进行了探讨。

With the development of market economy and the decision of builiding morden enterprise institution of the Central Committee of the CPC., the state owned enterprises of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are given a new requirment, the current situation also requires them to change'poor and rigid'status. In view of the above, this paper analyses the questions of builiding morden enterprise institution and inquires into the train of thought of the reformation.
