摘要
以聊城地区为例,阐述了优化交通运输结构与布局的三方面理论问题:因地制宜地进行交通运输发展的战略选择;建立“外向化”运输体系;进行交通运输结构、布局及政策一体化研究.
Taking Liaocheng Prefecture as a sample,this treatise elaborates three theoratical prerequisites for rationalizing transportation structure and distribution: Choose the best model of transportation development with local condition; build up an outward transportation system;study the integration of transportation structure,distribution and policy.
