摘要
本文用DSC研究了PPS/PEEK熔融共混物熔体降温结晶中PPS组份的结晶熔融行为。在320℃熔融,PPS的结晶温度(Tc)明显比在400℃熔融的高。加入PEEK使PPS的这一现象更为明显,归因于320℃熔融时,未熔融的PPS晶粒和退火PEEK结晶起了成核剂的作用,促进了PPS的降温结晶过程,而400℃熔融新形成的PEEK结晶充当异相成核剂的作用较弱,且由于PPS和PEEK都有交联反应发生,阻碍了PPS的降温结晶过程。PEEK的粒径减小,PPS和PEEK两组份相互作用增加,降温结晶过程由两个结晶峰变成三个结晶峰。
High performance crystal/crystal blends of poly (phonylen suifide) and poly (ether ether ketone)(PPS/PEEK) have been prepared by meltblending. The crystallization behavior of PPS component in melt blends and quenched samples have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The crystallization behavior of PPS is different. The crystallization temperature of PPS melted at 320℃ in higher than that of PPS melted at 400℃. Addition of PEEK makes that more manifest. As the size of PEEK particles decreases, the effect of PEEK on the crytallization behavior increases.
