摘要 本文概述了多胺在植物组织离体培养过程中,具有迟缓衰老,促进生长,参与形态建成等诸多生理效应。并简述了其作用机理。 In this paper,physiological effects of polyamines in plant tissue culture are reviewed , such as postponing senescence, promoting growth and participating in inorphogenesis. And its mechanism during these courses is also summarized.
