CD_9抗原与血小板活化 被引量:1

摘要 CD<sub>9</sub>抗原是血小板膜蛋白的主要组份之一,在每个人血小板表面约含4 000个CD<sub>9</sub>抗原,虽然它在血小板功能方面的作用尚不明确,但由于它可与活化的血小板中GPⅡb/Ⅲa相联结,从而对血小板的聚集功能起调控作用。自1983年率先发现血小板强致聚剂P24单抗(ALB<sub>6</sub>)以来,文献中陆续报道了十几个可引起血小板聚集的CD<sub>9</sub>单抗,并对其激活机制进行了多方面的研究,本文对此作一综述。 1 CD<sub>9</sub>抗原(P<sub>24</sub>)的初级结构及生化特点 CD<sub>9</sub>抗原做为一种广泛分布于多种细胞表面的膜蛋白,首先是用单抗BA<sub>2</sub>在白血病及淋巴细胞表面确定的。其分布的广泛性提示其作用的重要性及多样性。它是一分子量为24 000道尔顿的单链多肽,等电点为7.3,分子内部无二硫键联结。
