摘要
研究了6例沈迪氏病的血小板聚集功能,以及改良的模式法出血时间(SBT)测定。结果显示:人胶原、兔胶原对沈迪氏病血小板聚集均正常。沈迪氏病患者的SBT(11.42±1.59 min)较正常人(6.88±2.08 min)明显延长。说明沈迪氏病的出血机理之一为SBT延长。
In this paper, we studied the platelet aggregation inaucea by nuinan cuuagen and rabbit collagen, and the significance of the simplate bleeding time (SBT)in Shen-Di' s Disease. The results showed, in Shen-Di's Disease, the platelet aggregation induced by human collagen and rabbit cllagen is normal. The SBT of Shen-Di's. Diseasedl. 42±1. 59 min) is longer than that of normal persons(6. 88±2. 08 min). This suggests that one of the bleeding mechanism in Shen-Di's Disease is prolonged SBT.
