摘要
本文对两种具有相似免疫活性的草鱼基因重组生长激素(r—gGH—Ⅰ、r—gGH—Ⅱ)的生物活性进行了初步研究,并把它们对草鱼鱼种生长的促进能力与金枪鱼基因重组生长激素的一种高效类似物LHRH—A(D—Ala^6,Pro^9—N—Etylamide—LHRH)进行了比较。结果表明:(1)将生长激素或LHRH—A掺入饵料中投喂草鱼,能促进它们的生长;(2)基因重组的生长激素在蚕体中表达和产生之后,具有一定的促进生长的作用;(3)LHRH—A以较高剂量投喂草鱼,能显著地促进其生长。
The biological activity of two immunologically similar recombinant grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idells) growth hormone were compared with recombinant tuna Thunnus thynnus growth hormone(r—tGH), as well as an analog of LHRH(D—Ala^6, Pro^9—N—Etylamide—LHRH, LHRH—A). Administration in diet of growth hormone or LHRH—A result in significant growth acceleration in juvenile grass carp(Cenopharyngodon idells). Recombinant grass carp growth hormone, expressed and produced in the silkworm have a certain effect on the growth promoting of the grass carp. Administration in diet of LHRH—A at higher dose significantly enhance the growth of the grass carp.
