摘要
1989年春,在新疆某猪场采集的仔猪腹泻粪样中,以PAGE法检出一株电泳型独特的非典型轮状病毒,其电泳型与Chasey等[1]报道的猪E组轮状病毒相似,该毒株样品口服接种剥夺初乳仔猪可在12~16h后引起仔猪急性水样腹泻,并可在剥夺初乳仔猪体内稳定传代,但在用ELISA和CIE法检测时发现该毒株不具有A组轮状病毒组抗原,而具有B组轮状病毒组抗原.后用A、B组轮状病毒全基因核酸探针斑点杂交检测,它与A组探针无杂交信号,而与B组探针则有杂交信号。证明该毒株为一电泳型独特的仔猪B组轮状病毒.
In detection piglet stool samples which collected ftom a swine herd by PAGE,a specific electgrophoretype of atypical rotavirus was found in 1989.The electrophoretype of the atypical rofavirus was similar to group E rotavirus which reported by Chasey et al.Pigalet orally inoculated with the atypical rotavirus developed acute watery diarrhea during 12~16 hours postinoculation,and the virus can propagated in piglet steadily.By means of ELISA and CIE group-antigen examination and nucleic acid probe hybridization detection it was shown that the virus strain contained group B-antigen but did not contain group A-antigen,it was also shown that the virus strain hybriyized only with group B rotavirus nucleic acid probe but did not hybridize with group A rotavirus nucleiC acid probe.All of these indicated that the virus strain belongs to piglet group B rotavirus which contained a specific electrophoretype.
