白杨河水库洪水预报优化调度

Study on Trasformational Relation between Sarface Water and Ground Water in Main Stream Sector of Bortala

本研究根据白杨河流域的特点，提出了白杨河流域融雪降雨径流模型，并在此基础上，采用最大削峰为最优准则的动态规划模型和滚动决策的方法，有效地解决了白杨河水库管理运行阶段洪水实时优化调度问题。

By meams of survey analysis of geologic hydrogeologic and hydrograpic feature in main stream sector of Bortala,we have set transformational relation of water resources.We also rationaly divide calcutating area,and have calculaled ground water quantity,transfomational quantity and reusing quantity.It is important to scientific dispose of water resoruces.using water balance method and syseam analysis method of water resources.
