Flood Forecast and Optimal Dispathing of Baiyanghe Reservoir

本文以几种典型有创新性的特种园艺产品加工机械为例，阐述这类具有地方特色的加工机械在其创新与研制过程小，人们的思维过程及其规律性，以有助于今后加速此类机械的开发与设计制造。

This paper carried out the snowmelt and rain runoff forecast model of Baiyang water basin according to the sqectal festure of Baiyang water basin,and adopted dynamiC programming model as an optimum principle of the most reductive flood peak and adopted method of rolling policy.The paper has effectively solved the question of real-time optimal dispatching of Baiyanghe reservoir in the planning design or management operation stage.
