摘要
本研究对分布于新疆的向日葵主要栽培和地方品种包括油用型的夫尼姆克和HA89,食用型的石河子食用葵花和焉耆白葵花,兼用型的和田多头和疏附葵花共6个品种进行了核型分析研究,阐明了6个向日葵品种在细胞学上的异质性。其核型公式(2n=2x=34)及类别分别是:夫尼姆克:2M+24m+6sm+2st(2A),HA89:20m+14sm(2A),和田多头2M+20m+8sm+4st(2A),疏附葵花:2M+24m+8sm(2B),石河子食用葵花:2M+28m+4sm(1A),焉耆白葵花:24m+10sm(2A)。
A leaf figure of broadleaf tree is simulated with fractal interpolation of ftactal geometry,and calculated the area of simulated leaf figure.The precision of the simulated leaf area is up to 98% after comparing the simulated values with the measuration values with LiCor 3 000 A planimeter.The results show that the ftactal curve can simulate lifelikely the leafedge curve,and applies to describing the leaf figure in various growth periods.It is above all other methods.
