It was proved that a two-way classified mised effect multivariate componentsof variance model admit a multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA),if and only if its data were balanced.There,MANOVA was defined as a partition of the sum of squares and sum of products matuix into independent Wishart matrices in [1].The algorithm of estimator of variance component of the nonbalanced model mentioned above was suggested in this paper.
