摘要
本文依据有关理论,结合实际工作经验,对气候可行性论证的内容和技术方法进行分析和研究,建立了一套科学的、可行的重大建设工程项目气候可行性论证的技术方法。
Basing of the relevant theory and the practical experience, and the discussion of the climate feasibility demonstration, a series of technical methods for the major construction projects were set up.
