Supervision, examination and direction are an improtant function of university management. In order to carry out this function, leaders of the university should pay attention to reducing the psychological distance from teachers. They should proceed from themselves, increase self-attraction, set an example in their work, continuously improve management techniques, cultivate lenient psychology of being lenient with others and satisfy reasonable demands of teachers.
