奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗肠道肿瘤毒副反应的观察及护理

Observation and nursing care of toxic reactions of enteric tumor patients treated with oxaliplatin in combination with 5-fluorouracil

[目的]探讨应用奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗方案的护理方法。[方法]选择2006年12月—2007年12月我科30例奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗方案的病人,针对化疗前后采取不同的护理措施,并对其综合性分析。[结果]30例病人未发生严重毒副反应。[结论]通过护理干预,减轻了病人的毒副反应,保证治疗顺利进行,提高了治疗效果及病人生存质量。

Objective： To probe into nursing methods for patients accepting oxaliplatin in combination with 5 -fluorouracil chemotherapy. Methods：A total of 30 patients accepting oxaliplatin in combination with 5 - fluorouracil chemotherapy in our department from December in 2006 to December in 2007 were selected. And different nursing measures were carried out for them before and after chemotherapy. And comprehensive analysis was performed. Resuits：All 30 patients didn＇t have serious toxic reactions. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can reduce the toxic reactions of patients and ensure their treatment going on smoothly. And it can enhance the curative effect and quality of life of patients.
