摘要
本文对麦草烧碱—蒽醌浆无氯漂白工艺和机理作了研究,纸浆经过Pa/OP—Pa/P1—P2流程漂白,可以漂到80%以上的白度,其漂浆粘度、物理强度等指标均优于CEH漂浆。氧漂前采用酸预处理,有利于选择性脱木素,提高白度,改善纸浆粘度,降低硬度。IT—IR差谱分析说明漂白过程中木素结构单元的裂解和溶出。
This paper studied the Total chlorine-Free(TCF) bleaching technology and mechanism of the wheat straw Soda-AQ pulp.The pulp can be bleached to the brightness of over 80%(SBD)with a TCF seguence(Pa/OP - Pa/P1 -P2)with better vicosity and strength when compared to those of conventional CEH bleached pulp.Acid solution pretratment gave the oxygen bleached pulp lower kappa namber,higher brightness and vicosity,and impraed the selectivity of oxygen delignificatian.The FT-IR deconvoluted spectrum illustrated clearly the cleavage and removal of lignin.
