摘要
利用美水酒厂酒基和甘泉天然矿泉水,通过低温冷冻试验,确定低度白酒的除浊方法为低温冷冻结合活性炭吸附。根据理论计算和实测检验,认为天然矿泉水可以做为低度白酒生产的勾兑水,但其矿化度必须不超过做为勾兑水所允许的固形物最高值。利用沙棘研制出营养保健型低度白酒。
By using spiritbase of MeiShui distillery and natural mineral water of Gan Quan,through freezd test of lOw temperature,ditermine that remoring turbidity method of chinese spirits of low concentration is low temperature freezing combining with active carbon absorption. Based on thearetic calculation and practical measuring examination,thought that natural mineral water can be added water that is used of producing chinese spirits of low concentration,but its solid must not surpass solid maximum that added water permits.Manufactured nutrition and health protection chinese spirits of low concentration by using Hippophae rhamnoides
