摘要
本文针对柯达法生产PbS型红外探测器过程中敏化涂胶工序引起主要光电参数RT(电阻),VS(光电信号)下降的技术质量问题,通过分析试验,阐明了不同酸度的A-9胶对PbS光敏膜作用机理、光电性能的影响。
This paper states the process of Koda producing PbS infrared acquisition machine, and glue spreading working program leads to the technological quality problem of photoelectricity number R T,V S photoelectricity signal. Through the analysis and experiment. It points out that A-9 glue of different acidity plays a part in PbS photosensitization, the influence of photoelectric property. That explains the reason that the improved measures are put into productive process.
