摘要
本文论述了石油树脂施胶剂的研制原理、方法及在施胶工艺中的应用。结果表明，石油树脂施胶剂具有生产成本低，施胶效果好，性能稳定，易保存等优点，可代替松香胶作浆内施胶。因石油树脂胶ｐＨ为中性，且在应用时所需的硫酸铝用量比松香胶少，可在近中性ｐＨ（６．０～６．５）下施胶，特别适于机械木浆施胶。
This paper discuss the petroleum resin sizing agent about its prepare principle, method and application in sizing technology. The result show that petroleum sizing agent have lots of merits, such as low capitalizathen, fine sizing effection, preserve easily, et al. It can substitute for rosin size as internal sizing, this sizing agent has a neutral pH, in application, it need little alum sulfate than rosin size, it can be used at pH=6.0～6.5. Petroleum resin sizing agent is specialy suit for mechanical pulp, in addition, it is a develop tendency on neutralsize in the future.
