According to the fact that the organic substances are present during mineralizatiorss,we bare done the experimental study on the leaching of copper from metamorphic marlite in Ma Songling Copper Deposits in Peng Xian, Sichuan Province. The experiment used citric acid at low temperture. The results indicate that, although at low temperture the leaching rate of Copper from rocks is high after a short reaction time,the leaching rate of copperfrom rocks is enlarging with increase of reaction time and concentration of reaction solution,the value of water/rock ratio and the leaching rate of copper do not enlarge with increase ofreaction temperture. It is thought to be related with the chemical properties of the experimental rocks.
