年龄、前列腺体积对前列腺增生PSA的影响

Impact of Age and Volume of Prostate on Serum PSA of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

采用相关分析法研究了68例前列腺增生患者血清PSA浓度与患者年龄及前列腺体积关系,发现年龄与血PSA浓度显著相关,r=0.32,P<0.01;前列腺体积与血PSA浓度显著相关,r=0.58,P<0.01。用逐步回归分析年龄及前列腺体积对血PSA影响得回归方程PSA=0.58x前列腺体积,表明前列腺体积为血PSA的主要影响因素。

The relationship between serum PSA level and age, and prostate volume were analyzed. It was found that serum PSA level was highly correlated with age and prostate volume, The volume factor made a major part, and age factor was shadowed by it. So it seems that prostate volume plays a major part in the factors of influencing PSA level.
