摘要
本文报道了恒强磁物(0.35T)照射小鼠。经一、三、五、七天后,分别测定小鼠肝中LPO及血液中SOD的含量,结果显示,照射一天,LPO及血液中SOD的含理,结果显示,照射一天,LPO和SOD均无明显变化,照射三天,LPO下降为5.142±0.757nmol/ml,SOD上升为1200.0±189.7μ/ml,与未照射磁组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),照射五、七天后,LPO上升为8.804±1.241和8.855±0.97lnmol/ml,SOD下降为793.5±216.9和900.0±244.9μ/ml,说明恒强磁场照射时间不同,对生物体作用也不相同。
This paper reported the effects of strong static magnetic field(SMI,0. 35T) on LPO and SOD in mice for 1,3,5,7 days. The results indicate that the SMF can devrease LPO contents for 3 days. It's 5. 142 ± 0. 757nmol/ml, (P<(). 05),and crease LOP contents for 5,7 days,It's 8. 804 ± 1. 241 and 8. 855 ± 0. 971nmol/ml,(P<0. 005), The SMF has no statisticlly signifcant effects on the value of SOD for 1,5,7 days, and singificant effect on SOD for 3 day It's 1200. 0±189. 7μ/ml(P<0. 05). It suggested that strong static magnetic field crease or decrease the volues of LPO and SOD depended the rnagneticed time.
