摘要
本文选用不同剂量的马桑内酯作为致痫剂。将100只小鼠分成五组进行肌肉注射,以遥测记录皮层脑电图和同时观察行为表现为指标,筛选出马桑内酯致小鼠癫痫的最适剂量为2.5mg和3mg/kg体重。成功地建立了一种简便易行、经济适用、便于推广的小鼠癫痫模型。它可用于筛选抗痫药物和探索癫痫发生机理。
Experiment were performed on 100 mice,which were divided into 5 groups,Each group was injeeted intramuscularly with diffent dosages of coriaria Lactone respectivityly, The behavior seizures and the ECOG of mice were observed and recored by telemetric method simultaneously.
The results showed that the optimal dosage of inducing epileptic seizure was 2. 5mg/kg and 3 mg/kg weight. This gives a rate of seizure of 100%,a severe-degree of seizure and a low mortality, The epileptic model of mice successfully.
The experimental method is easy and effectives lower drug dosage is used,so it prorides again a more economic,conenient and practical animal model for the study of the mechanism of epileptic seizure and selection of antiepileptic drugs.
