摘要 Polysiloxanes were grafted onto silica through functional group reactions. Polysiloxane-grafted silica is effective in lowering internal stress and enhancing crack resistance of the epoxy moulding compounds (EMC). No discrete polysiloxane domains were formed in the EMC, and the bleeding-out of polysiloxane can be solved by using the grafted silica as low stress modifier.
