直升机机载设备飞行振动环境试验条件设计

Design of Vibration Environment Test Conditions for Helicopter Equipment

本文以某杌飞行实测数据处理结果为例,根据通用标准,给出了剪裁设计机载设备振动耐久性试验条件的方法。文中对环境振动谱中的宽带随机分量采用通用标准的规定;对简谐分量给出了频率选定和量值设计的具体方法。其结果使试验程序简便,试验时间和量值较通用试验条件合理。

Under the guidance of a general standard, a method for tailoring the Vibration endurance test conditions for equipment installed on helicopters is given in the paper and illustrated by an actual example based on measured dak of a certain helicopter. In the method, the broadband random component in the helicopter vibration spectrum a selected from the general standard, whereas the pequendes and levels of the major peaks in the spectrum are derived from the method suggested in the paper. Test conditions designed under the method show that the test procedure is simple and the test levels and durations axe more rational compared to those selected from the general standard.
