Using the Ar(P-3(0.2)) +PCl3 reaction as a source of PCl(b(1) Sigma(+)). We have measured the quenching rate constants of PCl(b) for 23 reagents. The E -V model is used to calculate the rate constants. The comparison between the experimental and calculated results is given.
