摘要
A series of 1,2-cyclic monoalkyl-rac-glycerothiophsphates of 2'3'-O- isopropylideneuridine were synthesized in a one-pot procedure in overall yield of 36-40% by means of hexaethylphosphorous triamide as phosphorylating reagent.
