本文介绍历次版本的前苏联直升机强度规范中有关疲劳安全系数规定的演变过程及其与英国规范的差异,并用统计学方法分析了前苏联规范和英国民航规范中的寿命安全系数存在差异的原因,证明二者在理论上是等效的。

This paper describes the changing process of provisions of the fetigne safe factor in the former soviet helicopter strength specifications and their differences from the British specifications. The paper analyses the causes causing differences of the life safe factors in above two countries' specifications, and proves by statistical method that their life factors are equivalent in theory.
