According to the notice of the Office of Planned, Safe and Effective Use of Electricity (short as OPSEUE), all non-industrial consumers, such as hotels, shopping centers, are asked to use energy saving lamps instead of incandescent lamp and to eliminate inductive ballasts within the coming 3 years.
