摘要
研究了电镀CBN砂轮磨削内孔的表面粗糙度随时间和磨削用量的变化规律.研究结果表明:电镀CBN砂轮磨削内孔的表面粗糙度值随时间的累积呈指数规律衰减,随工件速度、往复运动速度的变化呈极值特性,随切入速度的增加而增加;且对不同砂轮的表面粗糙度值呈现随机特性.
The changing and forming mechanism of surface roughness is studied for internal grinding with electroplated CBN wheels,The results show that:1)The surface roughness will be reduced exponentially with the accumulation of cyclical time;2)The maximal value of surface roughness will be obtained with the increase of workpiece speed;3)The minimal value of surface roughness will be obtained with the increase of stroke speed;4)The random pattern of surface roughness is also shown for different grinding wheels,and some solutions to those problems are discussed.
