利用Ｄｅｃｉｐｅｌ单位表达式、对通常次品率估计式加以改造，得出新的次品率估计式．该式不但解决了以往当Ｔ２ｊ＜１／２时无法估计值的困难，而且在一般情况下，估计的效果比较好．

This paper transforms the formula estimating substandard product rate under normal conditions by using Decipel unit to obtain a new formula. This formula can not only solve the problem which is difficult to handle in the case of Ti Taj<1/2, but also improves est imating result.
