摘要 本文对65例胆红素钙结石患者胆汁及胆囊粘膜进行细菌培养,观察细菌产生β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的能力及各菌β-葡萄糖醛酸酶最适反应pH值。首次提出不同部位胆红素钙结石均有较高的需氧菌和厌氧菌检出率,所有胆道分离菌的绝大部份(98%)菌株均能产生β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的观点。 Sixty-five consecutive calcium bilirubinate stone cases have been subjected to bacteriological study employing improved anaerobic culture techniques.The incidence of bacteria was very high regardless of whether the stones were present in the common duct or in the gallbladder.No difference was found in bacterial species isolated in common duct and in gallbladder stone cases. Most of bacteria in the bile duct could produce-glucurcnidase. Bacterial-glucuronidase more likely to hydrolyze the bilirubm-β-D-glucuronides in the bile than the enzyme produced by the liver.
