摘要
对延迟时间的基本概念作了简要描述,介绍了设备的停工时间及费用两种模型,最后给出一示例,说明了延迟时间模型的应用.
The basic conception of delay-time is discussed and the down-time model andcost model for the equipment are both introduced, and furthermore, an example of introduc-ing the application of delay-time models is provided.
