结核病控制工作中人的因素
The human dimension of tuberculosis control
摘要
结核病控制工作的目标,是将该病在全世界人口中的年发病率降至百万分之一以下。为了达到这一目标,当前,提倡的主要战略,是发现明显的结核病病人,并用短程化学治疗将其治愈。 通过这一途径战胜结核病,当然有一些重大的障碍。诊断并非易事,特别是对痰涂片阴性的病人,因而要想成功地发现病例,单凭有效的镜检工作是远远不够的。现代的短程化学治疗。
