摘要
本文将自行研制的一种沙门氏菌强选择性增菌液PNT与PCR技术相结合,建立了快速、特异、敏感地检测食品中沙门氏菌的PNT—PCR技术。通过对食品样品、污水样品的检测,结果表明该检测系统可检出食品中10cfu的沙门氏菌。应用本检测系统检测各类食品及污水样品612份,PNT—PCR法检出沙门氏菌198份,而常规方法检出104份,本法在特异性、敏感性及实际样品检出率方面均显示了很强的优越性。
Using a self-made strong selective broth (Phage-Novobiocin-Tetrathionate Broth.PNT)for Salmonella, we establish a PNT -PCR method for detection of the bactria in food. PNT-PCR was able to detect 10cfu of salmonella in 25g food sampale. 612 foods samples were screened for the presence of Salmonella by conventional method and PNT-PCR-198 positive samples were detecced by PNT -PCR , while 104 were detected by conventional method. The results suggest that PNT - PCR is sensitive speciifc and most suitable for Salmonella identification in food hygiene inspection.
