治疗耐β—内酰胺细菌感染的几种新型复方抗生素制剂 被引量:3

摘要 由于抗生素的广泛应用,没有严格掌握β-内酰胺类抗生素的适应症,应用时间过长,或者对本院中细菌的耐药性情况不明,因而细菌产生的β—内酰胺酶使某些β—内酰胺抗生素水解失活,使耐药菌株越来越多,这是细菌耐药产生的主要机制。为了解决细菌耐药性问题。
