釉的化学组成与导热系数之间关系的研究

Study on the Relation between Chemical Compositions and Thermal Conductivity of Giazes

本文采用在基础釉中添加氧化物的方法,研究了SnO_2、Cr_2O_3、Co_2O_3、Fe_2O_3和CuO对釉的导热系数的影响,建立了釉的导数系数与SnO_2、Cr_2O_3、Co_2O_3、Fe_2O_3和CuO含量之间的经验关系式,并从微观结构的角度进行了分析和探讨。

In this paper,the influences of SnO2、Cr2O3、Co2O3、Fe2O3 and CuO on the thermal conductivity of glaze are studied with the method of adding oxides into fundamental glazes. Somc empirical relation formulae between thermal conductivty of giazc and their content of SnO2、Cr2O3、Co2O3、Fe2O3 and CuO are established. Furthermore,the result is analyzed and discussed in view of microstructure.
