烟煤中硫对水泥性能影响的研究

摘要 本论文研究和讨论了烟煤中硫与水泥粉磨过程中外掺石膏对水泥水化作用和长期性能的影响。 研究结果表明,高硫烟煤锻烧水泥最佳SO_3含量高于一般水泥,但对水泥安定性无明显不利影响,且长期强度可稳步增长,因此建议拓宽对这种水泥中SO_3含量的要求,采用高硫烟煤生产水泥应根据硫的形态分析来设计水泥配料方案,调整热工参数。理论研究和生产实践证明,该技术具有明显的经济效益,对劣质烟煤的应用具有较大的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。 In this resrarch,We have studied and discussed the influebnce of the sulphur in soft coal and gypsum added in the process of cement milling on the cement hydrating and its long-period performances.The results show that the optimal amount of sulphur trioxidc in cement,which is calcined with sulphur soft coal, in higher than that of ordinary cement, however, it doesn't clearly affect the stability of cement, and the long - period strength of cement inereases stably.Ws suggest that the limiting of sulphur trixtide content should be extended. When soft coal is used in cement producting, we should base on the analysis of sulphur morphologies to design the project of cement ingredient, adjust technical parameters. Theoretical research and producting practice show that this technology has remarkably economic benefits and there is great theoretical significance and practical application value to poor-quality soft coal.
