超声波洁治与手工洁治的比较

Comparison btween Ultrasonic Scaling and Scaling by Hand

洁治是治疗牙龈炎和牙周炎的主要手段之一。洁治可分为超声波洁治和手工洁治两种。超声波洁治与手工洁治相比具有省时、省力、对牙龈组织损伤小等优点。但牙本质过敏患者不能耐受其高频震荡,须行手工洁治。手工洁治虽然费时、费力,对牙龈组织损伤较大,但手工洁治比较精细、彻底,不刺激牙髓。适合于牙本质过敏患者。

Scaling is one of the major methods for treating gingivitis and periodontitis. There are two kinds of scaling. Ultrasonic scaling can save time, strength and do less injury to gingival tissue compared winth scaling by hand, but dentin hypersensitiveness patients who can't tolerate its high concussion should recieve scaling by hand. Though it may waste time, strenth and do greater injury to dental tissue, scaling by hand is fine, exhaustive without irritating dental pulp and suitable for the treatment of dentin hypersensitiveness.
