本文通过对60例上消化道出血病人的急救与护理,探讨了上消化道出血并发休克的发病原因、病理生理和诊治措施,强调了护理工作在急救和冶疗过程中的重要性.

On the basis of emergency treatment, and nursing care of 60 cases of hemorrahage of upper digestive tract, the authors analysed the pathogenic factors, physiopathology, diagnosis and treatment of hemorrahage of upper digestive traet complicated with shock, and also emphasized the importance of nursing care in emergency treatment.
